About Me
My family has been born and raised in NC for many years. My dad is from Garland, NC and my mom is from Fayetteville, NC. I have a sister who graduated from Sampson Community College for nursing. Following graduation I am getting certified as a strength and conditioning coach. With this I hope to work in the private sector and with high school athletes. I am going to do this while I decide if that is where I want to stop or if I want to go back to school and add Physical Therapy to my wheel house. I also am actively working on launching my own fitness brand to run my coaching through and to sell apparel/programs.
